Property Types:	Homes, Condos and Lots for immediate Residence Construction. Select Refi's, Cash-Out Refi's. Commercial Developments.
Areas Served:	Puerto Penasco, San Carlos/Guaymas, Puerto Vallarta, and for qualified property and buyers most areas of Mexico.
Credit:	U.S. and foreign citizens that file U.S. tax returns and have FICO scores of 680+ and strong credit ratios. We also finance Mexican citizens.
Timeframe:	Initial processing and underwriting provided in-house. On average, closing possible approximately 45 to 60 days after formal approval (lender approval based on ALL documents present, including any amendments/stipulations), and cancellation of any existing Trust.
Offices:	Full-time offices in Puerto Penasco and Phoenix. Soon in San Carlos/Guaymas and Tucson.
